子供は褒められるためにしか、絵を書かなくなる。

上手にできたことに対して、お金を与える。
↓
お金をもらうためだけにするようになるか、やる気自体を失わせてしまう。

・アンダーマイニング現象というのだそう。
・報酬をもらうことは大人になってからでも覚えられるから、その前に、自分の好きなことを自分の意志でする喜びを覚えて欲しい。
